We are seeking a leader who will support our team in overseeing daily store operations and supervising colleagues.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by reinforcing our customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, manage stock movement, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Run shifts as required, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining store security.
  • Provide effective leadership and ensure team members receive feedback, support, and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service role.
  • Operational supervision of a store experience is highly desirable.
  • A focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to serve multiple customers.
