Commercial Property Manager

A boutique agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their loyal and long-standing team. With a strong portfolio and exciting growth plans, this position offers long-term stability and the opportunity to progress into a Head of Department role.


This position covers the full range of commercial property management duties, including:

  • Managing a well-maintained portfolio of commercial properties
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Overseeing maintenance, rent reviews, and lease administration
  • Conducting inspections and coordinating site visits

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in Commercial Property Management (or strong Assistant PM background ready for progression), current WA Property Management Registration, and current WA Driver's Licence.
