Role Overview

Ventia is seeking a highly skilled Domestic Support Coordinator to join our team at the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project site in South Murchison, Western Australia. As a key member of our Living Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our domestic facilities and providing exceptional support to our staff.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive annual salary of $88,900 and a range of benefits, including private air-conditioned accommodation, meals, and transport to and from the project site. You will be working on a 2:1 rotating roster, with one week as a Housekeeper and one week as a Kitchenhand.

About the Role

  • Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables and fruits
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Ensure work surfaces and floors are kept clean and sanitized
  • Stock rotation, loading and unloading supplies, restocking consumables, and assist with stock take
  • Daily cleaning tasks in crib rooms, common areas, and bathrooms including sweeping and mopping
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organising linens and towels

Requirements and Qualifications

  • WA Driver's Licence
  • Physically Fit and energetic
  • Must be able to work through a minimum of 20 rooms per day
