Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at El Camino Cantina in Sydney. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
