Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner.

This position involves conducting assessments, writing behaviour support plans and programmes, and assisting with their implementation. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Clinical Manager for South East Melbourne and provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions.

Additionally, the practitioner will develop functional behaviour assessments and behaviour analysis support plans, provide support and training to colleagues, caregivers and support workers on clinical techniques, and partner with various professionals to develop and implement individualised participant goals and checklists.
