The Opportunity

We seek an experienced mechanical expert to join our manufacturing team at O'Sullivan Beach. Our company specializes in steel tube and pipe production and distribution with nationally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance maintenance processes to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage maintenance costs and supervise maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Trade or degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in heavy industry with expertise in reviewing and developing maintenance plans.
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear actions and outcomes for your team.
  • Coaching and development skills to enhance others' capabilities.
