We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction worker to join our team as an Assistant Construction Operative. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

As an Assistant Construction Operative, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. You will also perform general site clean-up, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will possess a White Card and full Australian work rights. They will also have at least 12 months of construction experience and a background in the industry. A valid PPE kit is essential.

We offer competitive pay rates, meal allowances, and additional travel reimbursement. Our company prioritizes career advancement opportunities for those who demonstrate dedication and commitment to their roles.

  • $30.83-$33 per hour + super
  • Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
  • Additional Travel allowance ($20.32)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as needed.
  • Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
