We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Juniper Hillcrest, a leading provider of aged care services in Geraldton. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement resident care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination
- Supervise and mentor care staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure adherence to aged care standards and regulations
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 6 months of experience in an aged care setting
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A competitive hourly rate of $49.83, plus 11.5% superannuation
