About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our Bar and Restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction for our guests
  • Multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of our guests while managing your section
  • Actively communicate and engage with other departments, embedding teamwork at the core of our culture

Requirements

  • Experience working in an A la carte setting
  • Knowledge of basic beer, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to prepare espresso coffee or a willingness to learn
  • A current RSA competency card or willingness to obtain pre-employment
