Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic business partner, utilizing data to inform hiring strategies and execute plans.

  • Owning and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including full-cycle senior recruiter responsibilities.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges, and optimize recruitment outcomes.

What You Bring To The Role:
  • Proven Talent Acquisition Expertise: 7+ years of experience and expertise in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experienced in defining creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for functional areas.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Existing candidate networks and expertise in various sourcing techniques, including proactive sourcing.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Committed to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Marketing Savviness: Proven history of marketing-oriented approach to attract talents with employer branding and university/school collaboration activities.
