Our multidisciplinary team provides essential speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the community, conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload and provide clinical observations and standardised tools to set individualised goals.
Deliver therapy that makes a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative strategies to promote participant safety and well-being.
Mentor and support early career team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive professional growth and development.
RequirementsCurrent Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia is essential for this role.
Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply for future opportunities.
Strong time management and organisational skills are required to handle a diverse and dynamic caseload effectively.
A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, eager to innovate and learn from new approaches, is vital for success in this role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with participants, families, and colleagues.
