Speech Pathology Team Lead

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Speech Pathology Team Lead to lead our passionate team of Speech Pathologists in Canberra. You'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding a group of experienced professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of complex NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team recognized as Canberra's go-to for complex NDIS speech pathology services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve services for challenging and rewarding cases
  • Mentor and support professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with families and support coordinators to provide exceptional care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10+ years' experience in Speech Pathology, preferably with leadership or management experience
  • Tertiary qualifications and SPA registration
  • Experience working with complex NDIS participants and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
