Risk Management Professional

Seeking a seasoned Risk Management Professional to spearhead risk management frameworks and processes across various organizational aspects.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of risk management, with experience in IT security or a related field. They will also demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

As a key member of the team, the Risk Management Professional will work closely with senior management and the board of directors to develop and implement risk management strategies. They will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of these strategies through regular risk audits and compliance checks.

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes to identify potential risks.
  • Evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to manage or mitigate identified risks.
  • Design, implement and maintain risk management policies and procedures that are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies through regular risk audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management, including IT security or a related field.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices and technologies and related security frameworks, standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in implementing risk management initiatives and projects.
