About this role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during the overnight shift.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate resources across the operation
  • E nsure that Crown's policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments
  • Oversee the Front Office operation and ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Able to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 11pm - 7.30am
  • Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar)
