We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Internal Audit team in Melbourne. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with top-tier clients addressing operational, strategic, compliance, and financial risk. You will develop internal audit plans, perform internal controls testing, and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client current state processes and controls to identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Develop and implement risk-based auditing methodologies to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Build relationships with clients to better understand their businesses and provide more relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to promote a collaborative culture and support team members.
What We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates with a strong understanding of risk-based auditing methodologies and experience working with blue-chip, government, or professional services organizations as an Internal Auditor. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated understanding of key business processes, risks, and controls.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 90,000 to AUD 118,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on skills, experience, and work location. Our team fosters a collaborative, fun, and friendly environment where all team members' contributions are valued.
