Delivery Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Walking Delivery Officer. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and small parcels to homes and businesses across the community.

• Delivery Operations: Sort and load mail and parcels at the facility, and deliver to customers on foot, using a backpack or trolley.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve delivery targets and provide support to the team as needed.

• Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, and be willing to work additional hours as required.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when sorting and delivering mail and parcels.
• Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly.
