We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.

• Provide Warm and Welcoming Service: Create a memorable experience for our guests by warmly welcoming them and providing personalized attention throughout their stay.
• Expertise in Food and Beverage: Showcase your knowledge of our culinary offerings and recommend standout dishes and beverages to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed our guests' expectations.
• Upsell and Promote: Confidently communicate with guests to promote our services and create unforgettable experiences.
• Stay Informed and Adaptable: Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge and adapt to changing situations with a positive attitude.

• Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in diverse food & beverage settings, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Qualifications: Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory.
• Team Player: Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
