Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Designer to spearhead our design team and shape the overall design strategy for our Lending Chapter. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and highly collaborative cultures, influencing customer-led solutions, and delivering impactful designs.

Requirements:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
  • Experience in leading design teams and driving design strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful designs and influencing business outcomes through design excellence.
  • Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and ability to promote a culture of empathy and customer-centricity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and grow great leaders.
