Job Title: Store Team Member

This is a key role to ensure we provide our customers with a safe and seamless shopping experience.

The successful candidate will work through a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store. This includes using various equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and buff floors throughout the shop as well as in team rooms, toilets and offices.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning, dusting and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store, cleaning team rooms and toilets.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - whatever the weather.

Requirements for this position include:

- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.

- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic.

- Physical fitness, activity and energy are required due to lifting up to 17kgs and constant movement.

- Availability for shifts between the hours of 5am-11pm 7 days per week.

Full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery and safety equipment.

We're looking for someone who can adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment.
