Job Description:

Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team as a Casual Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and has a great attitude.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be working both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark - whatever the weather.

About You and Your Skills:

You'll need to have a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is essential, as is a passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work practices.

As a Casual Team Member, you'll be active on your feet and may require moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing. Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends) is also required.
