About the Role

As we embark on our strategic objectives, we recognize the critical role that our people play in achieving our goals and are seeking a detail-oriented Performance and Insights Analyst to join our vibrant and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on and proactively identify areas of opportunity or business problems and provide data-driven member insights and recommendations that are actionable, scientifically backed, and easy to understand to support the HCF business and members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and member satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and insights to continuously improve our processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an Insights analytics role.
  • Degree-level qualifications, with a preference for degrees in applied finance, statistics, actuarial, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills with Microsoft Excel applied to charting, data transformation, and complex formulas.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced SQL coding expertise querying large and complex datasets.
Desirable Skills
  • R and/or Python capabilities for more advanced analysis.
  • Experience with MarTech platforms, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of the Health/Insurance industry.
