We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor/Provisional Psychologist to join our team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist. Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, Implement, and Monitor Programs: Develop and execute personalized programs that assist clients to return to their workplaces, fostering a culture of well-being and productivity.
- Vocational Assessments and Support: Conduct thorough vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Counselling and Coaching: Provide empathetic counselling and coaching to empower clients to transition into employment, addressing any Return to Work (RTW) barriers they may face.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Qualifications and Registration: Hold relevant qualifications and registration in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel, holding a current vehicle and driver's license.
Earnings Estimate: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and location.
