Estimated Salary

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication.

About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor/ Provisional Psychologist with WorkFocus Australia, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to help people get well and working. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing programs to support clients' return to work
  • Undertaking vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, worksite assessments
  • Counselling and intensive support to empower clients to transition into employment
  • Identifying Return to Work barriers and collaborating with clients, insurers, and employers
Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a qualified professional with:

  • Registration in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
