Site Management Professional

Bluestone Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning builder to find a highly skilled Site Management Professional to manage their custom homes projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned maintenance manager to join a dynamic team and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar site management position, with a proven track record of co-ordinating trades and services to deliver high-quality results.
- They will be responsible for setting and tracking KPIs, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's.
- The successful candidate will also liaise with clients to discuss maintenance requirements, review reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Solutions-oriented approach, with a willingness to get hands-on when required.
We are offering a competitive salary package, including:
- An estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
