About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Switch, a leading digital agency. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis and customer research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Design and iterate on concepts, interfaces, and components to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Develop personas, customer journeys, and wireframes to capture user requirements.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify business objectives and customer research.
  • Create and introduce efficient design assets and templates.
  • Facilitate design workshops and user testing sessions to ensure user-centered design solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects and maintain documentation of design decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a design-related role, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of UI design best practices, usability principles, and techniques.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers for implementation of designs.
  • Experience with design systems and component-led design.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with user testing and user interviews.
  • Basic video editing capabilities.
