About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to provide leadership, support, and guidance in all aspects of building services management to achieve business plan objectives and project deliverables.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of fit-for-purpose building services on projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and lead commissioning programs to ensure successful, on-time completion.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated systems testing.
  • Lead a team of services engineers.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities specific to services disciplines to maximize project opportunity.
  • Work closely with other project team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • Specialist trade qualification.
  • Associate design qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing.

Experience

We are seeking experience in:

  • Delivering technology and building services on major projects ($200 M+).
  • Engineering and technical management roles.
  • Senior building services roles for Tier 1 contractors.
  • Multi-disciplined project experience in tender, design, and construction phases of projects in Australia and internationally.
  • Expertise in statutory compliance requirements in regions and territories where we operate.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience managing commercial relationships, budgets, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a focus on relationship building, influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
