About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including QA/QC records and project reports.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Project delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, and statutory approvals.
  • Knowledge of contracts and cost control.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
