Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering the Procurement project – Digital Enablement project. This involves supporting business change and adhering to departmental ICT project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a project team, leveraging skills and fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Manage projects within agreed scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
  • Implement Department and Whole of Victorian Government frameworks, processes, and standards in project management.
Required Skills
  • Mandatory experience working with Procurement systems like Zycus.
  • Proven track record in business process improvement projects resulting in process simplifications supported by digital applications.
  • Ability to drive vendor outcomes with offshore development teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Well-rounded soft skills for building relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
