Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing strategic plans, and developing and managing our APAC legal and compliance programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on product offerings, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
  • Drafting and reviewing submissions to regulatory authorities and responding to enquiries.
  • Developing and implementing the APAC legal and compliance programme.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years post qualification experience gained in top tier law firms and/or financial institutions.
  • Experience providing regulatory advice to financial institutions and other businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and laws.
