Urgent Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking Family Practitioners to join our urgent and primary care team in beautiful James Bay, Victoria BC.
This is a turn-key operation with no overhead costs, offering integrated team-based care to patients, working alongside allied health staff.
Key Highlights of the Role- Competitive rates under a group clinical service contract.
- New to practice incentives available for medical education debt relief or signing bonus (eligibility criteria apply).
As a primary care provider, you will have the opportunity to work in a large group environment, delivering high-quality patient care while optimizing data from our information system to enhance patient outcomes.
A minimum panel must be established, and participation in urgent care is required. The most responsible primary care provider will also provide after-hours care for patients.
A call group is in place for after-hours coverage, shared among other primary care providers.
