About the OpportunityThe Esquimalt Urgent and Primary Care Centre is a dynamic clinic offering a turn-key operation with no overhead costs. Our centre has a large group of Family Practitioners working together to provide excellent patient care, focusing on integrated care delivery.
We are seeking experienced primary care providers who can optimize data from our information system to improve patient outcomes. As a Family Practitioner at our centre, you will have the opportunity to establish a minimum panel and participate in urgent care. After-hours care for patients is an essential part of our services, and you will participate in an after-hours call group sharing coverage with other primary care providers.

Requirements- Eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- Family Medicine Certification of the College of Family Physicians (or equivalent)
- Experienced primary care providers capable of supporting breadth of patient complexities and urgent care services
