Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise will include administering medications, performing routine clinical tasks, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • 12 months of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care facility;">
  • Recent experience within the last 2 years preferred;">
  • A current AHPRA registration with no restrictions;">
  • The right to work in Australia (no sponsorship opportunities);">
  • Three COVID-19 vaccinations and the FLUVAX for 2025;">
  • A current NDIS worker check (highly desirable);">
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check for employment purposes.">
