Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our services. As a clinical leader, you will develop and deliver resident care plans, manage wounds, medications, and palliative care, while leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans
- Provide clinical services including wound management, medication management, and palliative care
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members
- Supervise and support healthcare professionals
- Practice holistically using critical decision-making skills
Requirements:
- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care
- Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, great time manager, and commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice
- Nursing degree with current registration
