About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our team at Monash University. As a key member of our Career Connect team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level project coordination and services to support the successful end-to-end delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project coordination and support to ensure the timely and successful delivery of program deliverables
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist in the development of documentation, reports, and other materials to support project objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize student engagement, satisfaction, and success
  • Work closely with the Manager, Career Services to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualification and extensive experience in a related field
  • High-level project management skills with a record of successfully coordinating or supporting projects
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills, with experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering learning and development workshops or similar
  • Highly developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with and gain cooperation from a variety of stakeholders
  • High-level research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in developing professional documentation and delivering professional presentations
