Maintenance and Service Specialist

  • Support the Maintenance Manager with daily rounds, equipment maintenance, and timely responses to service requests.
  • Focus on delivering quality and efficient service, requiring strong mechanical skills, effective task prioritisation, and seamless collaboration with staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements and Qualifications
  • Be self-motivated, a problem solver, and well-organised.
  • A trade qualification is advantageous but not essential; school leavers are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.
  • Understanding of hotel maintenance, including WHS, contractor management, plant & equipment management, is an asset.
  • Must be physically fit to perform duties.
  • Availability to work according to operational requirements and demands, which may include early, late, and regular weekend shifts (penalties applicable).
