Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Professional to join our team as an HSE Supervisor/Coordinator.

This role is responsible for championing health and safety compliance in the Murray Mallee Region, Regional SA - Riverland & Murray Mallee.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-site support and facilitating incident investigations and risk assessments
  • Partnering with operational leaders to manage health and safety risks
  • Delivering the annual H&S plan and supporting safety maturity initiatives
  • Rolling out H&S training, coaching, and fundamental initiatives
  • Offering trusted advice aligned with the company's Health, Safety, Environment, and Community Management System
  • Coordinating site-based health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications or extensive experience in a similar position. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills, are essential. A C Class Manual Drivers Licence is also required.
