Looking for an experienced HSE Safety Supervisor to champion health and safety compliance.

The role is located in the Murray Mallee Region, Regional SA - Riverland & Murray Mallee.

This position offers a contract with an hourly rate of $63.00-$63.79 per hour.

The job involves providing onsite support, facilitating incident investigations and risk assessments, partnering with operational leaders to manage health and safety risks, delivering the annual H&S plan, supporting safety maturity initiatives, rolling out H&S training, coaching, and fundamental initiatives, offering trusted advice aligned with the Rio Tinto HSEC Management System, coordinating site-based health and wellbeing initiatives, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

Relevant health and safety qualifications or extensive experience in a similar role Highly regarded but not essential experience with incident investigations and risk assessment A minimum certificate IV in health and Safety or relevant field The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Strong influencing and engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems Excellent communication and analytical skills A C Class Manual Drivers Licence The position offers access to major discounts across leading retailers through Work Pac's partnership with Flare, discounted Corporate Health Insurance policies through BUPA, great culture and safety standards, and an immediate start with Work Pac - commencing with an industry-leading company.
