Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support for IT project rollouts, managing regional system backups, and maintaining systems.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position with exposure to diverse systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration and proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware , Veeam , and AWS.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for IT project rollouts
  • Manage regional system backups, server patching, and end-user device maintenance
  • Maintain and update systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware
  • Monitor systems and keep accurate records of infrastructure assets
  • Assist in continuous IT systems improvement and provide staff training
  • Travel requirements to deliver onsite support
