Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced and passionate customer service professionals to join our dynamic team at a restaurant in Sydney.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by delivering top-notch service during every interaction with guests.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative environment to deliver seamless service, ensuring all staff members are aligned to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain accurate order taking, food delivery, and payment processing records while adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the workspace is clean and organized, upholding high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Comply with RSA regulations and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for everyone.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Confidence to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
