About Investment Advisory Role

We are seeking a skilled investment adviser to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and valuation assessments.
  • Creating and delivering clear, data-driven financial presentations.
  • Collating and presenting due diligence reports for investment opportunities.
  • Analysing market trends, competitive landscapes, and sector insights.
  • Engaging with prospective clients to assess financial performance, risk, and objectives.
  • Developing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Preparing reports on investee companies and investor updates.
  • Assisting with investor communications, including presentations and financial summaries.
  • Supporting capital raising, M&A, and fund-related transactions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of documentation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling, and valuations.
  • Expertise in capital raising, M&A, and investment processes.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence and compile financial reports.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with investor relations, deal execution, and fund structuring.
