Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Aged Care. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

The role involves providing assistance with daily living tasks, personal care and household duties, as well as accompanying clients on outings and appointments. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care and grooming
  • Providing support with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Cleaning and maintaining client homes
  • Transporting clients to appointments and activities

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling and medications (3 months or more)
