About the Role

SafetyCulture is a mobile-first operations platform that empowers organizations to work safely, achieve higher standards, and drive continuous improvement. As a Backend Software Engineer II, you'll join our Facilitators and Learners Experience team, dedicated to enhancing the onboarding process for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using C# [ASP.NET] and SOLID Principles.
  • Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and microservices to elevate the blended learning experience.
  • Introduce new features to our Inductions project while enhancing performance and scalability.
  • Support additional features within our blended learning platform.
  • Mentor team members and embody SafetyCulture's values: Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action.

Requirements

  • Experience in C# / .NET and SOLID Principles.
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly with SaaS companies, in progressively senior roles.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
