About the Role:

  • Provide customers with proactive advice and support
  • Facilitate flawless start-up plans
  • Develop and standardize equipment and system commissioning plans
  • Provide advanced technical support for equipment in the field
  • Coordinate new product field trials and document results
  • Collate field data and evidence for Root Cause Analysis activities
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to offer solutions for customer needs

Requirements:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification and Electrical Licence
  • Experience working underground with longwall mining equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Able to work in an autonomous role
