We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager - MEP Leader to join our Canberra team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts across the lifecycle of projects, developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications, and conducting estimate assurance reviews.

You will also lead the Cost Management team across various projects in Real Estate, Defence, and Infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive service delivery leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or similar;
  • Infrastructure experience, especially with aviation or utilities;
  • Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report and bid writing skills;
  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement;
