We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager - MEP to join our Canberra team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects across infrastructure, Defence, and Real Estate.

 

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to take their career to the next level. As a Cost Manager - MEP, you will be responsible for developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications, managing contracts across the project lifecycle, and conducting estimate assurance reviews.

You will also lead the Cost Management team across different projects, demonstrating excellence in service delivery leadership.

 

Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar
  • Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities
  • Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans or parametric cost models
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients
