We are seeking an experienced Metadata Strategist to join our team and drive the development of metadata strategies that support discovery and access across global digital networks.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements negotiable. The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to engage with content providers, platforms, consortia, and global initiatives to optimize metadata dissemination and connectivity.

The Opportunity:

You will oversee strategic and operational activities related to metadata for library collections, research outputs, and identifiers. A key focus will be ensuring metadata supports discovery and access across global digital networks like Trove, WorldCat, ArXiv, HathiTrust, VIAF, and ISNI, aligning with local and international industry standards.
