Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to shape the city's reimagining by leading its communication and marketing efforts. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing the city's communication and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivering a unified brand image across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leverage CRM systems to enhance marketing, communications, and engagement efforts.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Program Manager to ensure priorities align with customer needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree and prior experience working with Elected Members. They will have a proven track record of developing and leading teams, as well as leveraging CRM systems to drive marketing and engagement efforts.
