**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and plans to meet project objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to electrical engineering team members.
  • Coordinate and manage electrical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  • Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with CPC Engineering policies, systems, procedures, and quality management requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Industry-related higher education degree.
  • Significant experience (over 25 years) in minerals process plant design.
  • Knowledge of a range of processes and unit operations.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, allocate work to others, and monitor progress.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

  • High-level communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft office environment.
  • Ability to produce study estimates.
  • Ability to manage studies and small site projects, including variation management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for systems and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control.
  • Attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Extensive industry contacts and ability to win the confidence of clients through business development.
