About the Role:

  • You will oversee chapter relations and manage nominations/elections processes, building strong relationships with our chapters.

  • You will attend monthly and annual Board meetings, including in-person events, representing our organization and providing updates.
  • You will manage staff for annual conferences, developing event schedules and attending conferences, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and previous association management experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during conferences, ensuring that you can keep up with the demands of the role.
