Lead Childcare Educator Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Childcare Educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education for primary school aged children.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards, with previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education. We can provide training and support for the right person.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in your program.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with the school community, attending events, assemblies
  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
  • Fostering genuine relationships with children and their families
  • Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children
  • Supporting the Director of Service in ensuring compliance with industry regulations
